2. Data collection for contract fulfillment
What data is collected?
For the purpose of processing the inquiry or fulfilling the order, we collect the following data:

Stable plans
Photos of the stable to be ventilated
If applicable, the current health status of the animals for which ventilation is planned
How do we collect your data?
If you contact us via contact form, email or telephone, the data you send to us will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on your data without your consent.
We have partner companies across Europe who provide us with data that is necessary for the final planning of the ordered systems. The customer can request that his data be deleted from us or the respective partner company at any time, provided that it does not serve the purpose of executing the order.
For what purpose do we use your data?
The data listed under point 3 is used to prepare professional offers and to deliver ordered ventilation systems. If you are already a customer of ours, we may publish photos and some information about your ventilation system on our website, Facebook or as part of our advertising material (including brochures and advertisements) - of course only with your consent. Undecided interested parties like to look at reference companies where a ventilation system is already installed before purchasing. For this purpose, we provide interested parties with the contact details of selected customers. Of course, this only happens with the prior consent of the reference person or company.
Transfer of data to third parties
To fulfill an order, we often commission local partner companies to carry out on-site visits and make offers, subject to your prior consent. If you place an order, the recorded data will be sent to us for further processing (final calculation, 3D simulation, direct delivery if necessary). To deliver the ventilation system you ordered, your address details will be passed on to a shipping company.
3. Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
To protect against any claims for damages, we store your data for 3 years. Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to free information at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing. You also have the right to correct, block, restrict or delete this data, provided there is no legal retention requirement to the contrary. Consent to the use and storage of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending a message to info@allsmart-vet.com.
4. Collection of personal data when you visit our website
If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 4.1. Contact form
We offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form. For this purpose, you must provide us with your name, email address, subject & message so that we can respond to your request.
If you contact us at the email address provided on our website, you should at least provide us with your email address and, if necessary, any other information that you disclose in your email. In order for us to process your request, we must process this data. Processing when contacting you occurs so that we can process and answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the purpose just mentioned.
We store your emails and contacts for as long as necessary to process your request and then store them for a period of 3 years in case you contact us again with regard to your original question. This does not apply if you initiate a contractual relationship with us in the email. In this case, the storage period depends on the underlying contract. In this case, you will be informed separately about the data processing that takes place there.
5. Use of cookies
In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. 7.1. Google Tag Manager

In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.
